Plastic Extrusion Tooling

Here at Condale Plastics, we have a fully equipped tool room with the latest three axis machining centres and wire eroders, located at our East Grinstead factory. We provide a complete in-house tool production and maintenance service, utilising our bespoke extrusion tooling set up. This extrusion tooling set up allows us to offer the very best service, ensuring that no extrusion goes to waste.

All extrusion tooling is designed, engineered and tested under the watchful and experienced eyes of our technical team. Using the most up-to-date CAD facilities and software, our Condale Plastics team will work closely with you to design the required tools that will generate dimensionally accurate plastic extrusions.

Our skilled engineers will build the tools and our development team will then fully test and optimise each tool assisted by members of our production team.

Practical experience combined with continuous research and training means that we are at the forefront of extrusion tooling technology for custom plastic extrusions, from the simplest PVC sections to complex co-extrusions and profiles in polycarbonate, PETg or other engineering thermoplastics.
