Once an individual requests to be removed from our databases, the Data Subjects details will remain on our system for 30 days to allow us to run analytics or reporting. After this time, the Data Subject’s details will be deleted completely from our database days unless there was a legal or contractual requirement to retain the data.

The Right to Access your Data

You have the right to access any information we collect and store about you.  If you wish to have access to this information, it may be subject to a £10 payment fee, used to cover our costs regarding the information you requested.

The Right to Be Forgotten

When you unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link provided in our footers, we will no longer send you emails. However your record will remain in our database for 30 days. After this time, your record will be completely deleted from our system unless there was a legal or contractual requirement to retain the data.
