Plastic Extrusions for Sport & Leisure

The leisure industry’s significant growth in the last decade has resulted in increased demand for sporting products, equipment and accessories. Plastic profiles and tubes are used to make products for many different sports – golf, fishing, sailing to name a few.

Plastic tubes are typically used to protect and transport sporting equipment such as fishing rods. Alternatively tubes may be a component in a goal posts or flags. Plastic profiles on the other hand are widely used in boat building and swimming pool construction where they offer good protection against damage or they form structural components for covers or frames.

We can produce rigid or flexible plastic profiles and tubes, and even co and tri extrusions that combine two or three different materials or colours to enhance aesthetic appeal.

We have produced co and tri extruded profiles with dual densities and with a variety of colour combinations, including stripes of a second colour.
