LIFCO Acquires Condale Plastics in the UK

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the British company Condale Plastics Ltd. The company is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke plastic extrusions.

Condale Plastics has about 80 employees and reported net sales of approximately MGBP 18 in 2021.

The company is based in East Grinstead, West Sussex in the UK. Condale Plastics will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Contract Manufacturing. Consolidation is expected to take place in September 2022.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
